**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist Managing Director in all personal and confidential matters
- Have strong interpersonal skills due to the nature of the job requiring you to meet and engage with people
- Good command of written and spoken English is a must as you will need to prepare agenda and minutes taking in meetings
- Dealing with general correspondence with internal and external parties
- Responsible for Payroll and Human Resource requirement
- Mantain a systematic filing system, records and safekeeping of documents
- Knowledge of property documentation and management
**REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 5 years of working experience in related field and position is required
- Multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
- Good in computer spreedsheets, word and power point
