**Job Description**:
1) Manage appointments, schedules, meetings, trips, events of CEO
2) Must be able to perform full range of secretarial / administrative duties and personal assistant to Directors
3) Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation, and occasionally travel with superiors (CEO) to provide help and support
4) Perform various tasks as required by CEO / superiors
5) Handling of personal and private/confidential matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Director as instructed.
6) To undertake any other tasks / assignments assigned by the Director from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage well at all levels of the organization
- Willing to travel/work on weekends work after hour as requested by Directors.
- Must have good personality and attitude.
- Must have high level of integrity, self-motivated, proactive, willing & able to work independently and with other as team
- Must be resourceful, attentive to details, positive thinker with multi-tasking abilities
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with business associates, management & staff.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, organization, and efficient time management skill
