JOB SCOPE:

- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Be a driver to YDP Dato'
- Be a photographer to YDP if nescessary
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Prepare a minutes of meeting
- Help with daily time management
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Adhoc task related as assigned

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT:

- Male / Female, Age 25 - 30 years old
- Have at least a Degree of Secretary / Mass Communication / or related field
- B2 / D driving license
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet tight dateline
- Have a strong communication skills and critical thinking

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
