- Assists the COO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Record meeting minutes and manage company meetings as necessary.
- To prepare agenda, take minutes, distribute meeting minutes, and take note of all follow-up actions required from all meetings diligently.
- Performing personal errands and travel arrangement if required.
- Provide general assistance in PowerPoint presentation, letter drafting, and document filling.
- Willing to multitask and undertake special assignment, accept any other related duties assigned by COO.
- Perform any tasks assigned by C-suite.
**Qualifications/Requirements to apply**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, those with working experience will have an added advantage.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Languages required: Mandarin to deal with Mandarin speaking stakeholder.**:
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
