**Customer Service Assistant**

The **Customer Service Assistant** will play a crucial role in coordinating and facilitating the collection and disposal of hazardous waste materials in compliance with environmental regulations. This role involves effective communication with both customers and regulatory authorities to ensure safe and responsible waste disposal practices.
- **Responsibilities**:Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance related to consignment notes & customer request. Provide accurate and detailed information to related parties.
- **Regulatory Liaison**: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with the District of Environmental and Health officials. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing the collection & transportation along the process. Collaborate with regulatory agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for collection activities.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate records including customer interactions and regulatory correspondence.
- **Problem Resolution**:Identify opportunities to enhance all processes, improve customer satisfaction, and streamline regulatory compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma holder in any field
- Very attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction and regulatory negotiation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Able to absorb new knowledge & fast learner
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude
- Well converse in English
