- 在客户服务和准确信息方面超越客户的期望。
- 团队合作以实现所需的 KPI 元素和 SLA

**入职要求:**
- 必须能够流利地使用_**普通话**_和_**英语**_进行交流; _或_**粤语**_
- 必须能 _**读 **_**&*_**写*中文_
- 轮班制度24/7 (每星期5天,每天9小時)
- 学历:SPM, O-level 或更高
- 优先考虑有半年或半年以上的客服工作经验
- 欢迎无工作经验申请

- **Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.

**Requirement**:

- Must be able to converse fluently using _**Mandarin**_ and _**English**_; _or_ _**Cantonese**_
- Must be able to _**read**_ **& **_**write**_ _Traditional Mandarin_ word
- 24/7 shift system (5 days a week, 9 hours a day)
- Education: SPM, UEC, O-level or; and above
- Preferred to have six months or more of customer service experience
