Customer Service-technical Support Cantonese Speaker

_Hybrid role - 2 weeks work from home, 2 weeks work from office_
- Answer inbound calls from Hong Kong and Macau users and record any issue to proceed with relevant action.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
- Identify issue urgency and escalate to appropriate group.
- Troubleshooting issue through remoting tools and verbal instruction.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction during the calls.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Advanced Diploma or higher in any field.
- Have at least 6 months working experience as helpdesk or technical support will be added advantage
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers, reporting officers, other authorized third parties, stakeholders, etc.
- Able to work on shift hours.
- Familiarity with helpdesk or ticketing systems for incident tracking and management.
- Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Night shift allowance provided_
- Language allowance provided_
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
