Customer Service-cantonese Speakers

**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in Bahasa, Cantonese, and English.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns and trends.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Bahasa, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written).
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Pay: RM1,522.62 - RM4,286.44 per month
