To handle inquiries from customers and support our customers on their Reservations and Loyalty Program Queries.
- To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with customers.
- Providing high-quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by resolving customer queries at first contact where possible.
- Demonstrate empathy while listening to customers and establishing their needs in order to offer relevant products, services and solutions.
- Responsible to take ownership to complete necessary research and customer follow-up or alternatively directing the customer to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Responsible for achieving individual performance expectations and development whilst maintaining appropriate operational risk control and compliance in all activities.
- To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments
- To assist to handle other inbound contacts when required

**; Requirements: - Job Requirements**:

- Preferably at least 1 year of related working experience in Contact Centre, hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service
- Preferably Executive specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Required spoken and written language(s): English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English
- Ability to converse and write in additional language or dialect, such as Cantonese or Mandarin
- Computer literate and internet savvy.
- Positive attitude and a team player passionate about delivering world-class customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
- Willing to work in a rotation shift environment (24/7 operations)
