Customer Service Representative

Designation: Customer Service Representative - Cantonese speaker
Location: KL Sentral
Operation Hours: 24/7 rotational shift
**Salary**: RM 4,000 (total package)
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine customers' requirements, clarify any uncertainties, conduct research to address their concerns, and offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers by going the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
- Uphold customer privacy and safeguard their personal information.
- Meet individual and team targets for quality and quantity of customer interactions.
- Handle inquiries of varying complexity within specified timeframes.
- Efficiently handle different types of callers within designated time constraints.
- Attain predefined metrics aligned with the organization's commitment to clients.
- Address and resolve customer complaints, aiming for satisfactory outcomes.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Deliver accurate information and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Utilize available resources to research and gather necessary information.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints using appropriate tools and references.
- Process requests in accordance with customers' preferences and within the specified timeframe.
- Direct calls to the appropriate departments or resources as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive call documentation following standard operating procedures.
- Identify, document, and notify the management team of emerging patterns or trends observed in customer calls.
- Follow up on customer calls when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Complete call logs and generate reports as necessary.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM and above with or without customer service experience
2. Good communication skill
3.Comfortable to work in rotational shift
4. Fluent in Cantonese and good English
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
