**Job Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and communication for a diverse client base. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Resolve product or service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Communication**:
- Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and Cantonese to assist customers from diverse language backgrounds.
- Ensure clear and concise communication to address customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- **Problem Resolution**:
- Identify and analyze customer issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or higher authority when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services.
- Provide product information and educate customers on features and benefits.
- **Documentation**:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to log information.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer insights.
**Salary**: RM1,505.21 - RM4,000.14 per month
