- Working Days : 5 Working Days 2 Days Off
- Working Hours: 24/7 Rotational Shift
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction
and business performance
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking database
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Requirements:
- Diploma and Above
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English
