**Working Hours** : 5 days ( Any 5 days between Monday to Sunday )

Shift work (9am - 6pm) and (1:30pm - 10:30PM)

**Job Responsibility**:

- Timely management of online user inquiries and issue resolution adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Identify customer needs, research problems, and provide effective solutions or alternatives
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships while engaging customers
- Log all interactions in the operations center database to track progress

**Job requirement**:

- At least SPM Holder
- Experience in any customer service oriented field
- **Able to communicate in Mandarin**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
