Sales Customer Service

Requirements:
- Having at least 3year(s) of working experience in related field
- Proven experience in sales and/or customer service is an advantage
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment
- Customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, possesses an eye for detail and highly organised
- Good communication and fluent in Mandarin speaking
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required
- Proficiency in MS Office
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and liaise with customers throughout sales process
- Execute all sales activities starting from preparing sales orders for customers
- Prepare sales reports and present sales performance data to the management as required.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products/services and stay updated on product knowledge
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.
