**CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE**
**Working Hours**
9:00AM - 6:00PM shift & 11:00AM - 8:00PM shift
- Willing to work at PJ (nearby LRT Asia Jaya)
**Job Responsibility**
- To respond to queries from customers regarding to the services required by them.
- To provide customers with product and service information.
**Job Requirements**
- This role would require Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills, both reading and writing.
- Required language(s): Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Read and write).
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (Call Center is advantageous)
- Basic Salary based on experience
- Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs.
- Computer literate
- Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Independent, proactive and self-driven
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
