**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants **must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya (Office hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm)**:
- Good communication in both English and Malay languages
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- **Able to commence to work immediately (Urgent hiring)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote quality service to customers and provide best solutions to customers’ needs
- Handle and respond to customer calls, complaints and enquiries in an efficient, courteous, professional and tactful manner
- Attend personally / face-to-face when necessary to resolve difficult / complicated cases
- Compile Monthly Summary Reportings for Management’s Review
- Present Quarterly Reportings for Management Review and Operations Meetings
- Formulate Easy-Steps Customer Service Kit & Customer Service Cases Scenarios Manual for outlets.
- Assist in the development, implementation, maintenance of policies, process flow and procedures for Customer Relationship Management software administration and its appropriate use.
- Support in the organizing of Customer Relationship Management activities, as and when required.
- Assist and support in other A & P / Marketing administrative activities assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
