Customer Service Executive

**Duties & Responsibilities**
1. Developing and sustaining solid relationship with service providers to bring the best customer experiences.
2. Manage all escalations from service providers.
3. Provide support and guidance to service providers ensuring business continuity.
4. Monitor and provide improvement on turn-around time of repair works.
5. Work closely for sales and support team to ensure the necessary task/function is in order, align with company objective.
**Job Requirements**
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Good command of verbal and written communication skills
3. Good interpersonal skills / Team player
4. Customer-focused
5. Organized, Meticulous and good at multitasking.
6. Strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
