We are looking for experienced talent with Sea Freight-Export background. The role will embark a journey to be central communicator with clients in meeting their business needs, shipment management and advisory.

**To be Customer Service in Sea Freight Export, your main duty is**:

- Provide “Total Service” to our value customers.
- Propose alternative solution to PM or customer for discrepancy shipments.
- Constantly identify, suggest and agree to improvement measures for the team.
- Support & coordinate with PM and Operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and complains.
- Compliance to customer SOP.
- Prepare customer reports (If applicable)
- Responsible to update respective clients on the clearance progress.
- Monitor clearance and ensure timely delivery.
- Advising customer on shipment arrival.
- E-mail communication with consignee and also origin on shipment status.
- To manage the supply chain by facilitating pick-up from origin until delivery to consignee.
- Any other job functions as delegated by his/her superior

**To be successful in this position, we are expecting**:

- Possess Bachelor Degree in Logistic & Transportation or any equivalent academic background.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the Sea Freight Export role. It will be added value to have MNC/Fast-pace environment.
- Skills Require: Problem Solver, Detail-Oriented, Interpersonal Skill to communicate with internal stakeholder & Client
- Attribute Require: Persistent, Independent, Highly Motivated in Fast-Pace Environment and Positive Mindset
- Technical Skills: CargoWise, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)
- This position will be located in HQ Office at Subang Jaya.
