**Job Description Sales Coordinator**

1. Prepare a quotation within 24 hours.

2. Prepare Event Order (EO) for confirm event / booking.

3. Updating and monitor Sales System booking.

4. Attend walk-in client or appointment client.

5. Maintain rapport, PR & customer service for existing clients and prospect for new clients.\

6. Update client database & report in the system.

7. Meet the quality standard in working area.

8. Perform any other duties that may required by Sales Executive/Sales manager/Director of Sales and Management from time to time.

9. Update monthly report (Materialized function, Tentative booking & Lost business)

10. Perform any other duties that may required by Management from time to time

**Requirement**

1. Certificate / Diploma / Degree in a hotel management / public relation / customer service or equivalent

2. At least 1 year (s) working experience in sales & marketing division - Hospitality industry

3. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
