Deliver accurate and timely billing for the business customers & suppliers.
- Check on payment.
- Ensure operational documents from relevant departments are prepared timely to support the billings.
- Support month end close of books on a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting records
- Ensure monthly salary are distributed timely and accurately.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
- Follow-up on deliveries and accuracy of inventory receiving.
- Support on operation and administration documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient with SQL Accounting Software.
- Priority will be given to those with working experience in the related field.
- Computer literate - basic knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- A team player, self-discipline and able to multitask.
