**Job responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including statement of accounts, payment management, Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR) and monthly reconciliation
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and relevant parties for payment-related matters
- Perform audit and cross-check P&L to ensure the right entries before submitting it to Key Account Manager
- Assist with HR functions including job posting, interview arrangement and documentation
- Handle General Affair tasks such as maintain proper filing, office supplies & utilities monitoring and ordering, maintain and upkeep office facilities
- Inventory and asset management, business license renewal

**Job requirements**
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy, Business or relevant field
- Preferably 1 year of experience in accounting and administration
- Computer literate with office management tools (MS Office)
- Familiar with office equipment including printers and fax machines

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taman Tun Dr Ismail: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting (preferred)
