We are seeking a motivated and independent Administrative Executive to join our team.

approach to administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Basic IT Knowledge: Demonstrate proficiency in basic IT skills to navigate

effectively with the IT department for support when needed.

2. Monthly Report Generation: Compile and generate monthly reports in a timely

manner to facilitate client claims processing. Ensure accuracy and

completeness of data, and adhere to established deadlines for submission.

3. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries

and requests related to administrative matters. Maintain professional and

responsive communication to address client needs promptly.

4. Documentation and Filing: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files,

records, and documents in an efficient and accessible manner. Ensure

confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

5. Self-Motivation: Take initiative to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and

accomplish goals with mínimal supervision. Demonstrate proactive problem solving

skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

**Requirements**:
1. Basic IT Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,

new software systems quickly.

2. Report Generation: Experience in generating reports and working with data

spreadsheets. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.

3. Independence: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a

fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues,

and external stakeholders.

5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Capable

of prioritizing tasks, managing competing deadlines, and maintaining attention

to detail.

6. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues

and contribute to team success when needed.

7. Education: Minimum requirement diploma or equivalent qualification in

Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but

not required.
