- Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers of automotive electrical components, ensuring quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements while maintaining quality standards and delivery schedules.
- Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Generate and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure purchased components meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze purchasing costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Engineering, and Finance, to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards and ethical sourcing practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- ** Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement within automotive industry**:

- Excellent communication, collaboration skills
- Fast-paced environment, task prioritization
