Job Description:

- Arrange with outsource courier service on delivery schedule and shipment documents.
- Ensure all sales document’s completeness and accuracy.
- To ensure customers’ information, sales data, purchase order details are maintained accurately and promptly.
- Analyze and prepare reports for Management review.
- Provide support to sales and marketing activities.
- Work with sales team and manager on strategic inventory planning.
- To support and carry out any ad-hoc task, project and assignment given by the Management from time to time.
- To meet organization goals by demonstrating ownership and accountability when accomplishing new or routine tasks assigned and adding value to the departmental performance.

Job Requirements:

- Preferably 2-3 years working experiences in related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required skills: MS Word, MS Excel
- Well verse and written skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Disciplined, good working attitude and able to work independently.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to think and problem-solving skills..
- Must be willing to work in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,575.45 per month
