**Sales Management**:
**日本語を使ったお仕事をしてみませんか？**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales for approximately 50 small to mid-sized clients and prospects.
- Generate revenue through end-to-end sales.
- Drive and secure renewals for existing clients.

**Sales Activities**:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).
- Identify and develop new client relationships.
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing customers.
- Manage sales process from prospecting to closing contracts.
- Prepare and negotiate contract proposals.
- Address client inquiries about products and updates.
- Meet revenue targets and activity KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
- Understand and effectively position Nielsen products and services.

**Operational Tasks**:

- Use CRM and other tech tools to manage sales activities.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Finance teams to enhance client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in mid-market sales.
- Proven track record in sales prospecting.

**Skills**:

- Strong business, media, technology, and data acumen.
- Proficient in digital marketing and web technologies.
- Familiar with sales tools like SAP/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Good understanding of industry and competitive landscape.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
