**Key Responsibilities**
- Strategy Development:

- Formulate and execute business operational excellence strategies in line with the company's overarching goals.
- Work closely with the leadership team to chart a path for enhancing operational processes, boosting productivity, and achieving excellence in performance.
- Change Management:

- Spearhead change management initiatives related to business operational excellence, including lean manufacturing.
- Effectively communicate the necessity for change, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive the adoption of new processes and practices.
- Overcome resistance to change and ensure the smooth implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Drive and facilitate continuous improvement efforts across the organization, utilizing methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, efficiency gains, and cost reduction.
- Lead continuous improvement by analyzing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor operational performance.
- Set up data-driven dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with departments like engineering, supply chain, quality assurance, and maintenance to align industrial operations with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless process integration and efficient resource utilization.
- Best Practices and Benchmarking:

- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, data analytics, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training and Development:

- Develop and deliver training programs on business operational excellence methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees at all levels to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Foster a learning environment that encourages employees to contribute ideas and engage in improvement initiatives.
- Performance Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, achievements, and challenges related to business operational excellence initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish effective communication channels to ensure visibility and transparency of operational performance.
- Budgeting and Cost Control:

- Develop and manage budgets for industrial operations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and drive efficiency measures to achieve financial targets.

**Key Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial or equivalent.
- Preferred specialization in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
- Lean Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in driving performance improvement initiatives, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and utilizing data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Result-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Team player with effective communication abilities.
- Proactive and structured approach to work.

Pay: RM108,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
