Factory Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- 10 + Years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on production, sales, and operation management
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
- Experience developing and implementing operation plans and procedures
- Strong problem
- Olving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Collaborate with HQ to perform payroll processing and Daily and Sales performance

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspect of ice plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance of factory and lorry, and safety of the factory.
- Monitor production processes and adjust as needed to optimise efficiency and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirement and safety protocols.
- Manage and motivate production staffs, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Develop, manage, and monitor plant expenses budget including cost control measures.
- Manage customers accounts and ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Allocation of basic administration tasks to staffs on data entry, preparing invoices and record keeping.
- Order and Maintain inventory of goods and other supplies
- Manage relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions implementation to enhance sales and plant performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
