_**Responsibilities**:_
- Responsible for handling the flow of goods and materials within the organization.
- Perform all assigned logistic tasks, including coordinate freight shipments, customs clearance, transportation and shipping arrangement within the specified time frame.
- Monitor daily shipments by tracking the movement of trucks.
- Manage shipping documentation (invoices, delivery orders, packing list, customs declaration forms) and LMW license.
- Coordinate with forwarders and related departments to ensure timely shipment with proper packaging, labelling and indicators.
- Preparing reports on shipping activity for Management to review.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.
- **Requirement**:_
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in logistic or supply chain management.
- Efficient in documentation support.
- Good in time management and prioritizing skills, ability to work in a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Computer literature with proficiency in MS Office Excel/Words/Power point.
- Possess valid driving license and own transport.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
