Prepare quotation and proposal for new and existing clients.
- Prepare costing and proposal for new and existing projects.
- To obtain costing information from client, supply chain and project teams.
- To prepare gross margin and costing for trading and project-related quotations.
- To liaise with other departments to address costing related issues.
- Inter department communications to get information related to Finance, Procurement, Quality Assurance, Operation and Business Development.
- Assist to prepare and submit tender documentation such as online tender submission
- Manage the procurement portal for government related projects such as E-Perolehan.
- Attend site visit and tender briefing when required
- To coordinate tender response meetings with relevant departments.
- To record issues and actions during tender response preparation.
- Monitors and contract close-out, extension or renewal.
- To analyze, monitor and update project costs from tender preparation until project or product acceptance by client.
- To provide and brief the project team on scope, duration and budget.
- To handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirement**
- Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably Executive specialized in Admin Tender or equivalent
- Material knowledge in trading, costing, supply chain and project management.
- Experience in dealing and submitting quotation & tender.
- Must be able to work independently, well organized, have initiative, multi-tasking, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Committed, proactive, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and produce work accurately in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
