**Job Scopes**:

- Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing and assessing the financial performance against budget and rolling forecast.
- Oversee the operations and development of the company’s finance departments including budgeting, financial reporting, conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of monthy and annual account closing, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and cash flow forecasting.
- Mediate between the organization, employees, stakeholders and shareholders on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.
- Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other external parties including regulatory bodies on financing and other accounting related matters.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred having relevant qualification in degree / ACCA / CIMA / MIA
- Preferred having working experience in hospitality industry.
- Least 5 year working experiences.
- Mandarin Speaker
- A person who is mature and able to handle reporting to property and owner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
