Ar/ap Accounting Internship

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in processing accounts receivable transactions, including generating and sending invoices to customers.
2. Support the accounts receivable team in monitoring and following up on outstanding payments and resolving billing discrepancies.
3. Assist in processing accounts payable transactions, including verifying and entering invoices into the accounting system.
4. Support the accounts payable team in preparing and processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
5. Assist in reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable balances and resolving any discrepancies.
6. Collaborate with internal departments, including sales and procurement, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing.
7. Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including organizing documentation, preparing reports, and updating records.
8. Assist in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices to ensure adherence to accounting standards.
10. Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the accounting manager or supervisor.

Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
