**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all Account Receivable (AR) functions. Ensure the reports related with AR are accurate and accounted in system, and preparation for monthly financial statements.
- Capture all collections accordingly, deposit listing, AR aging report are correct,, ensure daily sales reconciliation are correctly captured in system & others
- Receipt, allocation and reconciliation of payments to customer’s account
- Manage the Days Sales Outstanding figures
- Follow-up and work closely with sales team for overdue payments
- Report any payments issues to superior and or head of department
- Prepare and submit any financial records or reports.
- Create Journal Monthly entries (Depreciation, Accruals)
- Update monthly AR reconciliation & Bank reconciliation.
- Maintenance stock inventory report
- Maintenance fixed Assets schedule
- Maintenance prepayments & accruals schedule
- Backup for Account Payable/team member during absence.**Requirements**:
1. Diploma/Degree holder

2. Atleast 4-5 year(s) of working experience working

3. Managing & problem-solving skill

4. Preferred language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & **Mandarin**

5. Willing to take extra initiative**.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
