Position Summary

1. Implement Paid media operation effectively/efficiently optimized by measuring/analyzing/improving performance of each advertising media, and maximize the inflow of potential customers.

2. Turn more visits into purchases by continuously improving customer experience on eStore based on analysis on how the inflow of customers actually turns into purchases.

Role and Responsibilities
- Accountable to identify and conceptualize localized online campaign strategies aligned with the HQ and RHQ business goals, by tapping on platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee) seasonal period.
- Maximize ROI of campaigns through strategic and effective overall online marketing budget planning
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, with aim to continuously maximize online campaign effectiveness, productivity and online sales targets
- Work hand in hand with relevant stakeholders i.e. Platform PICs, online sales, product marketing, corporate marketing, legal, customer service and designer to produce quality proposal, execute campaign effectively, and deliverables are met on a timely manner within the set budget
- New initiatives - ability to devise solid strategies with sound and relevant business acumen (i.e. live commerce, partnership, customer retentions, etc)
- Develop, negotiate and manage partnerships, in-kind contributions, and pursues partnership-marketing opportunities such as strategic partnerships and alliances. Set goals and objectives, develop prospects and contacts, implements action plans, negotiate agreements and ensure contracts are approved and executed
- Develop, implement and create effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Conceptualize ideas for video producing (live commerce) and other online marketing materials
- Cultivate online shopping in local markets by gaining new users, maintaining active users, improving conversion rate and etc
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentations and presentation
- Other responsibilities entailed

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Proven experience developing brand marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee), performance marketing, brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets/ platforms
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
