Supervise the current recruitment team and complete recruitment duties for critical positions.
- Search out innovative methods and sourcing methodologies to construct a talent pipeline tailored to specific and specialized positions.
- Develop and enhance the organization's recruitment system and procedure.
- Employ diverse recruitment channels to disseminate job advertisements; further develop and enhance recruitment channels in Malaysia.
- Develop development strategies, monitor recruitment data, and assess recruitment performance.
- Offer guidance and assistance to recruiting managers during the selection procedure, which may involve facilitating the decision-making process and providing recommendations.
- Contribute to forming and maintaining a favorable company image in the labor market.
- Capacity to operate autonomously with mínimal oversight and effectively manage fluctuating duties and priorities to meet project deadlines.

**Requirement**
- A minimum of one years of relevant work experience is mandatory for this position.
- A minimum of one years' experience in language volume recruiting, accompanied by a track record of success as a recruiter.
- Outstanding communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to demonstrate efficiency, comprehend the requirements of the organization, priorities tasks, and function under pressure.
- Capability of consistently exhibiting professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Capacity for group and independent tasks.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
