**Job Description** Your Assignment**
- You are responsible for all payment matters, such as prepare payments to vendors, process post payments in system, reconcile vendor statements, process employee travel claims in the travel system, reimburse employees’ expenses claims, and manage petty cash claims and reimbursements and so on.
- You ensure outstanding invoices are processed timely.
- You liaise with vendors and banks on payment related issues and perform monthly close for Accounts Payable.
- You are responsible for procurement process control of the store.
- You ensure accurate capital expenditure entries and control write-off process.
**Qualifications** Your profile**
- A Diploma/ degree holder with 1 to 2 years of accounting experience
- Knowledge in operating Navision/ Dynamics system will be an added advantage
- Possess a good command of English and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Energetic, motivated and proactive person who gets things done
