Banquet Supervisor

**Job Summary**

Responsible for assisting the F & B Manager in directing and supervising all banquet operations to ensure that all functions run smoothly.

**Job Specification**
- To monitor and supervise all banquet set-up for functions and seminars.
- Ensure that all preparations are ready before the start of the function.
- Conduct training for banquet waiters and banquet part-timers.
- Source for banquet part-timers when the need arises.
- Prepares Casual Labor forms for the hire of banquet part-timers.
- Ensures the necessary administrative and operational details on staff transportation, food, etc are done.
- Liaise with other hotels/resorts on any banquet items that need to be loaned.
- May conduct briefing before function/seminar.
- Ensure that all banquet waiters are in proper and clean uniforms.
- Be around during function to liaise with organizer on any additional needs.
- Makes sure that crockery or glasses for the function/seminar are not chipped, cracked or stained.
- Organize the systematic clearing and storage of tables, chairs and other equipment after function.
- Any other duties assigned by the Restaurant and Banquet Manager or Banquet Executive.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
