**Responsibilities**:
- To provide insights on HR data for diagnostic and forecasting management decision-making and HR interventions to better achieve organization objectives.
- To identify risk in HR systems and processes and to propose measures to manage or mitigate such risk.
- Put in place a system or process to collect and analyses HR data for diagnostics and forecasting purposes.
- Proposed HR interventions and collaborate with local HR to better achieve organization objectives.
- Analyze current HR practice and payroll system to develop a point of view on future projects using a risk-based approach requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance or related major.
- Min 8-9 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
