Maintenance Technician

To carry out building facilities maintenance by attending to all maintenance issues and general building matters i.e Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Alarm system, Air conditioning (Domestic and FCU)
- Need to travel to retail outlets (across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor) for routine maintenance inspection and repairs. i.e Electrical fitting, Lighting, Roller Shutter, display racks and cabinets.
- Need to supervise and liaise with 3rd party contractor for servicing, installations or repair work on the company premises and inside retail outlets.
- To maintain good housekeeping and security of office areas building compounds at all times.
- Participate in the opening, closure and renovation work of retail outlets
- Have to work long/late hours and Holidays if required i.e for retail outlets inside a shopping mall, all major repairing/installation work have to be done after operation hour (10 p.m onward)
- Carry out ad-hoc or maintenance tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably technician specializing in maintenance/repair (facilities) or equivalents.
- Possessing a valid certificate approved by Suruhanjaya Tenaga Malaysia is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical motors and electronic repair is added advantage.
- Familiar with Single to Third phase electrical systems, Air-conditioning systems, Fire Alarm systems.
- Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance works.
- Willing to travel and possess own transport with a valid license.
- Resourceful, self-starter, fast learner, particular to details, result-driven.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
