**About the Department**:
The **Technology and Operations **function is comprised of five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralising and standardising technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish RbAC process with respective governance controls, perform comprehensive analysis on RbAC entitlement, ensure high standard of compliance;
- Obtain support and buy-in from the stakeholders on the RbAC matrices to be defined;
- Review and guide senior stakeholders on appropriate and secured RbAC configuration;
- Ensure high integrity of RbAC matrices to meet business requirements and compliance needs;
- Facilitate periodic review of role-based access matrices to ensure the access privileges assigned to the user roles are valid and up-to-date;
- Ensure the provisioning of user role (create, modify, disable) in IAM tool is done as per the authorized Department Role Matrices;
- Ensure adequate support is provided to users with regard to IAM tool a

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Security
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in user account management, preferably with knowledge and understand of banking operations and key IAM concept, such as Identity Lifecycle, Role-based Access Control, workflow development etc.
- Possess good understanding on security requirement, particularly on access control management
- Knowledge of user acceptance testing on new project / system enhancement
- Possess project management skills and experience in Information Technology space, preferably with large, complex, program development and integration efforts, is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with business users and IT teams
- Able to work independently and multi-task
