About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Identity Solutions Manager to join our team at VIDA Digital Identity. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be responsible for weekly sales forecasting, quarterly business reporting, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and deliver value-added services. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and customer requirements, continuously improving your technical knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their business models, technical inquiries, and needs.
  2. Weekly sales forecasting of revenue realized, close won ARR, and pipeline generated.
  3. Quarterly business report (QBR) to sales and technical leadership.
  4. Main gateway to Eng, Infra Ops, and product in addressing customer needs and problems.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
  6. Understand and articulate VIDA's technology value, products, and solutions, providing technical guidance and support to customers.
  7. Proactively identify and address customer issues, providing timely solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  8. Provide strategic guidance to customers, helping them optimize their usage of VIDA's products and solutions.
