Junior Service Supervisor

1. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans, vision and communicate them to subordinates.
2. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
3. Report the situation in the store to HQ and discuss corresponding countermeasures.
4. Receive complaints and resolve problems.
5. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
6. Pass on information from upper management to employees.
7. Send weekly report to HQ, Export report and calculate the income and bank in to company.
8. Monthly stock count, preparing sluggish part, order spare part, send back IW & OOW used parts.
9. Discuss the problems encountered with colleagues and solve the problems together.
10. Maintain service performance, discuss and improve service center KPI.
11. Handle emergencies case such as customer complain, stock missing.
12. Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Superior.
**Requirements**:
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Supervisor.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within assigned deadlines.
5. Possess positive interpersonal communication skills, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills.
6. It is advantageous to be knowledgeable in smartphone hardware, software repair, and testing.
7. Required languages: good in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
8. Mandarin speakers are preferable.
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
