Purchasing Assistant

- Mempunyai kenderaan sendiri.
- Boleh ulang alik HQ-Selayang dan Central Kitchen-Sg Choh.
- Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman dalam purchasing yang bekerja di hotel atau kilang atau industri _food & beverage._
- Pengetahuan dalam Excel dan Sistem SQL.
- Tahap integriti dan ketelitian yang tinggi.
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan pengawasan minimum dalam persekitaran pantas.
- Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
- Bekerja dalam pasukan.
- Keupayaan untuk mengatur dan mengutamakan tugasan untuk memastikan penyiapan tepat pada masanya.

TanggungjawabKerja;
- Mengekalkan rekod yang jelas dan teratur untuk memastikan semua laporan dan invois difailkan dan disimpan dengan betul.
- Memantau _purchase order._
- Menjalankan audit inventori untuk menentukan tahap dan keperluan inventori.
- Sahkan dan jejak inventori yang yang diterima dan lengkapkan laporan serta log inventori.
- Patuhi semua dasar dan prosidur syarikat.
- Mengekalkan kerahsiaan maklumat syarikat.
- Melindungi aset syarikat.
- Menyediakan dan menyemak dokumen bertulis dengan tepat dan lengkap.
- Membangun dan mengekalkan hubungan kerja yang positif dengan orang lain.
- Tugas ad-hoc yang diberikan oleh Pengurus.
- Bekerjasama dengan ketua bahagian untuk memastikan barangan yang dibeli mempunyai invois dan resit.
- Menjana dan menyediakan keputusan yang tepat pada masanya dalam bentuk laporan, pembentangan dan sebagainya.
- Menyusun, merekod, mengkategorikan, mengira, menjadualkan, mengaudit atau mengesahkan maklumat atau data.
- Menguatkuasakan penggunaan item dalam stor dan pengurusan dapur untuk memastikan inventori pada tahap paling rendah yang mungkin.
- Menyemak invois barang yang diterima untuk memastikan kuantiti, kualiti, berat dan spesifikasi pembelian adalah seperti yang dipesan.
- Mengekalkan kawalan inventori untuk tahap betul.
- Memastikan isu harga dan ketersediaan barang dimaklumkan mengikut keperluan kepada Pengarah atau CEO.
- Memastikan pentadbiran yang tepat bagi semua invois dan pematuhan kepada prosidur simpan kira yang betul.
- Sentiasa dikemas kini secara teknikal dan menggunakan pengetahuan baru pada tugas anda.
- Berdisiplin.
- Menyerahkan laporan tepat pada masanya.
- Sebarang tugas lain yang mungkin diarahkan oleh Pengarah atau CEO dari masa ke semasa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
