Execute plans and strategies set by Head Office.
- Develop Hire Purchase sales tactics and plans that are in line with the AFS sales strategy.
- Coordinate business activities in achieving AFC’s and the Bank’s objectives in line with the rules and regulations.
- Achieve the targets set by management and manage the actual performance against targets for the sales staff.
- Adhere to the Delegated Authority (DA) and Power of Attorney (PA) vested on the holder.
- Ensure strict compliance with business rules, terms of underwriting, Statutory requirements and company guidelines.
- Ensure disbursement documentation in order and approved terms/conditions fulfilled and recommend to iCIMB for disbursement approval.
- Review and reply to audit reports, attend audit meetings, follow up on issues raised and ensure corrective/preventive actions are taken to avoid recurrence.
- Oversee AFC’s general administration matters and ensure proper control, i.e utility expenses, fixed assets, office equipment, maintenance premises and as key holder.
- Monitoring of performance of staff at AFC & Guidance to staff. Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
