Monitor the Company’s Online Marketplace chat and respond to customer enquiries.
- Track status of Customer orders.
- Assist with Customer enquiries report.
- Use various methods to promote and upsell the Company’s products.
- Handle incoming office correspondence, phone calls and guests.
- Any ad hoc duties as required by Management from time to time.
Job Requirement
- Fluent speak and writing in **BAHASA MALAYU & ENGLISH**:
