Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible in management of fixed assets for Geomatika Group. 2. Coordinate full cycle of asset management: receiving, recording, labelling, usage, safekeeping and inspection, maintenance, disposal and lost. 3. Ensuring fixed asset records is updated monthly in Asset Registry. 4. Identifying all assets physically ensuring tally with the Asset Registry. Assets are to be labelled physically for easy identification. 5. Monitoring asset by drawing guidelines of usage, by using of forms for asset movement, or any other ways deemed necessary. 6. Keeping warranties and receipt for easy claim if needed. 7. Planning asset maintenance schedule and propose budget for it. 8. Identifying broken, harmful and unwanted items to be disposed. Also lost items. 9. Head coordinator for asset management across branches and head asset auditor under Geomatika Group by periodical term. 10. Report in periodical basis on the asset status and financial impact of the asset management practice. 11. Assist in rectifying complaints received including the scope of building and facilities issues. Requirements: 1. Degree/Master in Asset, Facilities Management or in Property Valuation & Asset/any field if you think you would fit. 2. Excellent computer skills and to handle Fixed Asset System. 3. Interest in managing inventory-data sorting and entry, asset labelling and monitoring 4. Interest in maintenance works of assets and facilities. 5. Can work under minimum supervision and problem solving 6. Committed, high integrity with a starter attitude. 7. Detailed oriented with good communication skills. 8. Possess own transport will be an advantage. 9. Willing to travel to state across Peninsular, Sabah or Sarawak for audit purpose.
