- Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high.
- Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard.
- Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity.
- Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives.
- To ensure daily cycle count is carried out effectively and any discrepancy found attended to promptly report to related department.
- To monitor and verify material accuracy to ensure all material are controlled, stored and segregated properly.
- To liaise with Sales/Production Department for finished goods stock reduction.
- Timely and accurate monthly reporting to management.
- Reporting and maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistic/ Warehouse or any in any discipline.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant working experience (Warehouse management). However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- PC Skills: Basic Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Teamwork Interpersonal Skills
- Meticulous and high accuracy in work assigned.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
