Provide administrative support and handle general administrative tasks under IT team
- **Assist in preparing tender bidding documents, including contract review, and tender finalization**.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for tender submissions.
- Responsible for all technical aspects of the computer system
- Document procedures and vendor management
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT updates and services
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks when necessary.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field of Computer/Information Technology/IT-Software.
- **Experienced in tender/contracts preparation/ finalization is necessary.**:

- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a contract or procurement department.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
