The Facilities Technician (Mobile) will be in charge of completing routine facility maintenance activities in one or more fields such as building management system, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), ventilation, heating, and any related building repair work. The Facilities Technician (Mobile) will work under the supervision of the Facilities Coordinator and/or the Facilities Manager. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY/ROLE DESCRIPTION - Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the facility's mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems on a regular basis. - All HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs must be maintained and operated. - Conduct facility inspections and report on any issues that may have an impact on operations. - Monitor and manage the facility's scheduled preventative maintenance contractors. - Respond to any emergencies that arise in the facility. - Prepare and submit summary reports on facility conditions, as well as recommendations for corrective actions. - Examine and comprehend the facility's equipment and methods of operation, as well as the BMS System, firefighting system, elevator/escalator system, and other systems. - All safety procedures and criteria must be followed. - As needed, assist with any after-hours facility needs and activities. - Attend to any additional responsibilities that are allocated to you as needed. - To all consumers, provide a high-quality, professional service. PRIMARY SKILLS - Experience in preventive maintenance work orders. - Technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical and building repairs. - Attention to details and proactiveness. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Ability to work with mínimal supervision PREFERRED SKILLS - Able to converse in Bahasa & English. - Physical strength QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - SPM or Higher Education Certificate - Technical Certificate RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE - Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Facilities Maintenance.
