Job Description:

- Identify sales opportunities and follow up with existing accounts for business development
- Create and implement appropriate strategic plans to generate more business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and manage sales activities accordingly.
- Meet individual and company sales targets.
- Promote new products to buyers.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Explain product value and capabilities to customers.
- Maintain stocks and inventory for customers.
- Stock shelves with appropriate products and ensure correct price tagging.
- Plan promotions for customers.
- Supervise sales representatives and assistants.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Understand buyers' customer needs and offer solutions and support.
- Build good relationships with customers.
- Manage and monitor assigned customer A&P trade fund/TTA.

Requirement:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Understanding of the industry or market dynamics relevant to the employer's business

At Rasa Malaya, we strive to bring consistent highest restaurant quality, hygienic, flavorful and nutritious Malaysian halal frozen ready to eat foods that provides ultimate convenience to the consumers.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
