Must have minimum 5 to 8 years of hands-on working experience in any enginnering related production lines Leading lean implementation, primarily in production room 1 & production room 2 Support lean systems training activities, kaizen events and visual management throughout the manufacturing areas. Execute monthly 5s audits on all assigned cells in a timely manner Coach other staff in lean systems methodologies, teach them to see waste and facilitate structured problem solving (problem statement, ishikawa, 5 whys etc.) Ensure growtth methodologies are adhered to and that growtth and lean business becomes ingrained in the company culture. Must have minimum Diploma or certificate in related field
